PROGRAMMING

The programming of each distribution is scheduled on a digital map following a specified region and desired quantity of flyers for that region agreed upon with the customer. Next the delivery or receipt of the printed flyers and then they are separation by region or city in the central warehouse of the company and the distribution dates and the and the starting points of the distributors are planned.

IMPLEMENTATION

Distribution is performed by groups of 5-8 distributors depending on the density of each area. Each team has its own team leader and each city has its own coordinator. The whole distribution process is monitored electronically through GPS Personal Tracking both from the company’s headquarters and from the customer if he wishes. At the end of each daily distribution the customers are informed about the areas that have been completed and the quantities of forms that have been distributed or about any problems that have occurred.
